Activity
Every service call through Sapiom is logged. Use the activity view to track costs, debug issues, and understand how your agents are using services.
Transaction History
Section titled “Transaction History”Each transaction includes:

| Timestamp | When the transaction occurred |
| Agent | Which agent made the request |
| Service | The capability used (verification, search, etc.) |
| Cost | Transaction cost in USD |
| Status | Success, blocked (by rule), or error |
| Duration | How long the service call took |
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Filter the transaction list by:
- Date range — View specific time periods
- Agent — Focus on a single agent’s activity
- Service — See usage of a specific capability
- Status — Find blocked or failed transactions
Transaction Details
Section titled “Transaction Details”Click any transaction to see full details including every step of the execution: authentication, request processing, response generation, token usage, costs, and rule enforcement.
Use transaction details to:
- Debug failures — See exactly where and why a request failed
- Understand costs — Break down what contributed to the transaction cost
- Trace execution — Follow the request through the entire flow
- Review rule enforcement — See which rules were evaluated and their results
Common Tasks
Section titled “Common Tasks”Investigating Unexpected Costs
Section titled “Investigating Unexpected Costs”- Filter transactions by date range covering the cost spike
- Sort by cost (highest first)
- Click into high-cost transactions to understand what drove the spend
- Check if any agents are making more calls than expected
Debugging Agent Failures
Section titled “Debugging Agent Failures”- Filter by status to show only errors
- Click into failed transactions
- Review the execution trace to identify the failure point
- Check if a rule blocked the transaction or if the service returned an error
Monitoring New Deployments
Section titled “Monitoring New Deployments”- Filter by the agent name of your new deployment
- Watch transaction success rates
- Check that costs align with expectations
- Look for any rule enforcement events
