Let your users ask your agents to buy from supported online retailers. Sapiom will create a virtual card for each approved transaction and manage payment without sharing usable card details with your platform or agents. Your platform will be able to:
  • Apply merchant, amount and time limits to each transaction.
  • Complete supported browser checkouts.
  • Receive payment and refund updates tied to your customers and orders.

1. Submit the order

Send the retailer, cart and final total, along with your customer, agent and checkout references. Sapiom checks your configured rules and obtains the customer’s approval for the order and any disclosed fees.

2. Complete payment

Sapiom authorizes the customer’s payment method and pays the retailer with a virtual card it funds. Each authorization is checked against the approved merchant, amount and transaction window.

3. Follow the payment

Use webhooks to track authorizations, settlement and refunds against your customer and order references. Sapiom handles returning refunds to the customer’s original payment method.
